Sheep Skin

Of all the different leather sectors, wool on sheepskin can be the most confusing. This is considered a 'double-face' item meaning both sides of the skin are deliberately processed to be used. The wool of the animal is not removed and can be ironed, left curly, dyed, tipped or sheared to different lengths.

The reverse side of the skin can be made as a standard suede finish or alternatively finished with sprays, prints or transfers. It is also possible to dye the wool one colour and the suede a completely different shade. All of this makes predicting demand very difficult, and our range can be complemented by specific customer requirement.
